Young Adults, Students, and Athletes (Ages 12–25)

Young people today are under enormous pressure—from school, peers, social media, & the expectations of others— many teens and college-age clients struggle with emotional ups and downs, anger, anxiety, school stress, and relationships. For student-athletes, the demands can be even greater, with the challenge of balancing academics, sports performance, team expectations, and personal life. In therapy, we focus on building confidence, coping skills, and problem-solving tools to help you feel more in control of your choices, emotions, performance & future.

Life Transitions & Relationship Boundaries

Big changes—graduation, moving out, a new job, a breakup—can leave you feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of your next steps. I support adults and teens while moving through these transitions, helping you reconnect with yourself, your values, and your goals.

Whether it’s family, friendships, or romantic partners, relationships can be both our greatest source of support and stress. I help clients explore recurring patterns, clarify what they need from others, and learn how to communicate boundaries with strength and clarity—without shutting down or shrinking themselves.

Navigating Life Between Worlds: Supporting Biracial and Minority Experiences

Being biracial or growing up as a minority in your community can come with unique challenges—feeling like an outsider, questioning who you are, receiving mixed messages about your behavior, or struggling to feel truly accepted. At times, it may seem like only part of you is welcomed, leaving the rest overlooked.

Together, we’ll work through these experiences to rebuild self-esteem and strengthen your confidence in embracing your whole self. My goal is to support you in living authentically—grounded in who you are—no matter the setting or the people around you. In our work, your voice and healing will always be at the center, without judgment.
