Anxiety & Overwhelm in Adult Women

Many women are managing a lot: careers, family, relationships, and the unspoken emotional load that comes with it all. Over time, the pressure to “keep it all together” can lead to anxiety, irritability, exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, tune in, and find realistic, holistic ways to manage stress—without guilt or burnout.

Teen & Young Adult Support (Ages 12–25)

Young people today are under enormous pressure—from school, peers, social media, and the expectations of others—and many teens and college-age clients struggle with emotional ups and downs, anger, anxiety, school stress, and relationships. For student-athletes, the demands can be even greater, with the challenge of balancing academics, sports performance, team expectations, and personal life. In therapy, we focus on building confidence, coping skills, and problem-solving tools to help you feel more in control of your choices, emotions, performance and future.

Stress, Burnout & Emotional Load in Black Men and Boys

Black men and boys often carry a weight that goes unseen—expected to be strong, stoic, and “keep it moving” no matter what. But stress, anger, and emotional pain don’t just disappear when ignored. Whether it shows up as shutting down, lashing out, or feeling constantly on edge, I provide a space where you can openly discuss and work through your experiences

Relationship Patterns & Boundaries

Whether it’s family, friendships, or romantic partners, relationships can be both our greatest source of support and stress. I help clients explore recurring patterns, clarify what they need from others, and learn how to communicate boundaries with strength and clarity—without shutting down or shrinking themselves.

As a culturally responsive therapist, I provide a space where your identity, lived experiences, and emotions are seen, heard, and respected. Whether you're navigating cultural expectations, identity stress, or generational patterns, our work will center your voice and your healing—without judgment.

Life Transitions & Identity Growth

Big changes—graduation, moving out, a new job, a breakup—can leave you feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of your next steps. I support adults and teens while moving through these transitions, helping you reconnect with yourself, your values, and your goals.
